PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
AUTOMATIC UNLOADING SYSTEM uses a hydraulic system located under the floor and the sliders form a floor. Each hydraulic cylinder will control 1/3 of the bars on the floor. When the product needs to be pushed out, all cylinders will push outwards => The product will be pushed out about 30 cm. Then, each cylinder will pull back, when all 3 cylinders are at the same starting point, the next cycle will take place. Time to empty a 40 feet container from 5~10 minutes.
